- Foster a positive and collaborative environment for our community of tax and bookkeeping experts.
- User Management: Oversee user accounts, permissions, and access issues within the Elevate platform.
- Platform Administration: Manage the technical aspects of the community platform, ensuring optimal performance and functionality. Experience with LumApps intranet services is highly preferred.
- Content Management: Organize, curate, and publish content to keep the community informed and engaged.
- Content Governance: Implement and maintain quality content standards, conducting regular clean-ups to ensure information accuracy and relevance with stakeholder teams.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to understand content needs and support community initiatives.
- Issue Resolution: Address user inquiries and technical issues promptly and effectively.
- Community Growth Support: Contribute to strategies aimed at increasing user engagement and platform adoption.
- Standard Operating Procedures: Create and document community standard operating procedures and community training materials in partnership with L&D
- Content Migration: Manage and facilitate content migration projects to either import new content into Elevate or export content into the centralized content management system.
- Analytics: Monitor, generate, and report on site and community metrics to assess active engagement, views, and other core site, content, and community metrics
Skills
- Minimum undergraduate degree with 2-5 years of proven experience in community management, preferably within a professional or enterprise setting.
- Strong understanding of online community platforms and best practices.
- Experience with intranet and community platforms; proficiency with LumApps is a significant advantage.
- Ability to learn new technology and processes quickly. Understanding of site and community analytics, with ability to generate custom reports.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and interact effectively with a diverse audience.
- Marketing or communications experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- A passion for supporting and empowering employee communities
