Job summary

Brookside Properties in Chattanooga seeks an experienced Community Manager for a premier downtown apartment community. You will lead operations, recruit and coach onsite staff, drive leasing and financial results, and create an engaging resident experience.

• Lead the day-to-day operations of a premier apartment community.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing onsite team.
• Drive leasing performance, occupancy, and financial results.
• Create an exceptional resident experience with a strong focus on engagement and retention.
• Oversee budgets, collections, and NOI performance.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies, including outreach and campus marketing initiatives.

• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and financial management skills.
• Lease-up, renovation, or value-add experience is a plus.
