Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 Salary/year

Travel Percentage: Up to 25%

Job Shift: Day Monday - Friday

The Community Manager is responsible for the successful day-to-day operations of the community while ensuring company standards are achieved and excellent customer service is delivered.

Overview:
  • Regularly inspects the property to ensure company standards are met, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Gathers and interprets market trends to implement effective marketing and leasing strategies.
  • Manages resident retention, responds to service requests, and monitors satisfaction.
  • Oversees maintenance requests and verifies unit statuses.
  • Works with Regional Manager on budgets, financial reports, and revenue collection.
  • Hires, trains, and mentors team members.
Qualifications/Skills:
  • 3-5 years of property management experience
  • Ability to travel for training/business
  • Proficient in MS Office and computer skills
  • Professional demeanor and communication skills
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work with diverse groups
Desired Qualifications/Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or management
  • Background in Accounting/Finance, CAM, or Licensed Property Manager
  • Yardi experience is a plus
Work Schedule:

Generally 9am-6pm, Monday-Friday, with possible weekends to meet business needs.
