Job summary

Continental in Lexington, KY is seeking a Community Manager to lead onsite operations and deliver an exceptional resident experience. You will manage budgets, drive revenue through leasing and marketing, and report to the Regional Director.

You will hire and develop a team, inspect tours, maintain a welcoming property, and balance desk work with tours. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required, with performance incentives tied to leasing goals.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of residential community management experience with a track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong budgeting skills, driving NOI growth and delivering exceptional resident experiences.
  • Tech-savvy and ready to hit the ground running with specified software/tools.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage operating budgets and drive revenue through leasing and marketing strategies.
  • Deliver exceptional resident experiences with courteous, professional service and a tour-ready community.
  • Hire and grow a team, foster engagement and a culture of accountability and results.

Our Community Manager is an essential business leader responsible for the successful operations of their community. You will provide an exceptional living experience for all residents while creating a positive and productive work environment for the team. You will report to the Regional Director/Vice President.

  • Develop and manage operating budgets, drive revenue through strategic sales, marketing,customer servi ce,and strong knowledge of submarket,a nd ensure the community is hitting its performance goals
Providing an Exceptional Resident Experience
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience by bringing a courteous, professional attitude to every interaction while ensuring our community always looks its best by inspecting and preparing tour-ready units andmaintaininga clean, invitingmodel andtour path daily
  • Hire top talent, invest in their growth, and create a culture of engagement and development that keeps people motivated and thrivi ngin a dynamic workplace that embracesnew technology. Build a strong cultureatyour community that fosters teamwork, accountability, and results!
Day-to-Day Office & Community Operations
  • Oversee day-to-day operations while ensuring residents feel valued, heard, and proud to call your property home . Compileand present monthly performance KPI and financial reports, providing comprehensive analysis of historical data and outlining a strategic plan to enhance future outcomes.

  • Brings 3+ years of residential community management experience with a proventrack recordof leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • A sharp business mind with hands-on experience building budgets, driving NOI growth, and an unmatched commitment to delivering an exceptional resident experience
  • Tech-savvy and ready to hit the ground running experience with Onesite, Ops Technology,AIRM,Funnel, and Compliance Depot is a plus
  • Thrives in a flexible schedule environment including evenings, weekends, and holidays and is comfortable balancing desk work with being on your feet, touring the community, and staying active throughout the day

Salary: $70,000- $85,000 Per year
