Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking a proactive Community Manager to own daily operations, drive occupancy, manage budgets, and lead leasing, maintenance and support staff to deliver an exceptional living experience.

You will analyze financial reports, stay compliant with Fair Housing laws, mentor your team, and set a standard for customer service and community integrity.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required (bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • At least two years of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage a team.
  • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and demonstrate effective conflict resolution and customer service skills.

Community Manager
