Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. seeks a Community Manager in Elkton, Florida to oversee property operations, attract residents, and ensure financial targets are met. You will lead staff, maintain amenities, and collaborate with marketing to optimize occupancy and service quality.

The role requires 5+ years in property management, strong leadership, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and financial systems. A valid driver’s license is required; marketing and sales experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of property management experience; multi-family and/or manufactured home setting preferred.
• Strong operational, collaborative and leadership skills.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and other web-based applications, specifically financial systems.
• Experience in marketing and/or sales preferred.
• Understanding of the operating complexities and the daily tasks associated with the position.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do
