Community Manager Responsibilities
  • Oversee all operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager.
  • Manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial, administration, and risk management.
  • Supervise staff to ensure compliance with policies, safety, fair housing, and liability guidelines.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 1-2 years related experience.
  • Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and understanding of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
Physical and Other Requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively, work overtime, weekends, and emergencies.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs., working in various environments, and using equipment.
  • Reliable transportation is required for emergency on-call duties.
Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $80,000 - $85,000 per year. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, 401K with employer match, bonuses, paid sick days, and holidays.

Additional Details
