As Community Manager, you will be responsible for overall planning, coordination and management of a single family, multi-family and/or townhouse community where maximum profitability and customer satisfaction will be the overriding goals.

Of course, working with your customers and your team is only the beginning, because you also need to be a numbers wizard: preparing all budgets, monitoring and approving order changes, and invoicing payments and costs to subcontractors and vendors. To qualify for this position, you need a bachelor's degree and 5+ years of comprehensive experience in the home building industry, reflecting thorough knowledge of construction, sales, warranty and land lease procedures, BOCA building codes, government approval processes and accounting procedures. You also need outstanding organizational and communication skills and a proven capacity to supervise, coach and train team members. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license.

Candidate must proactively face challenges while being committed to providing customers with excellent services and products. The capacity for directing others while under pressure and maintaining a high level of ethics and integrity in all dealings is a must.
