Lifestyle Communities, Ltd. is seeking a Community Manager for a Downtown Charleston, SC property. You will oversee the operational and financial performance, lead leasing and maintenance teams, and ensure rent collection within budget.

The role requires 2+ years of operations leadership in hospitality, retail, or property management, plus strong customer service and communication skills. Local Charleston knowledge preferred; full-time on-site position.
