Brookside Properties, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Community Manager to lead the operations of HarborOne Apartments, a 160-unit community in Beaufort, SC. You will oversee leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and resident services while driving occupancy and NOI.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Community Manager experience in large multifamily housing.
• Demonstrated success leading teams and managing operations.
• Bilingual strongly preferred.
• Experience with accounts payable, budgeting, collections, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing and resident services to drive occupancy and NOI.
• Lead, mentor, and develop leasing and maintenance staff.
• Manage property budgets, forecasting, collections, and delinquency.
• Improve operational efficiencies and curb appeal; maximize NOI.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and resident satisfaction.
• Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and compliance requirements.
• Execute marketing and outreach initiatives to increase visibility and traffic.
• Analyze property performance metrics and implement action plans.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of Community Manager experience in large-format multifamily housing
• Demonstrated success managing apartment communities
