Allied Orion Group is seeking a hands-on Community Manager to lead operations for a multi-family property in Arlington, TX. You will supervise on-site staff, manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations, and ensure financial performance.

Summary:The Community Manager serves as the strength of the property by administering and supervising the overall management of the property. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the global governance of a multi-family property. Manages and coordinates team members’ daily activities and ensures the operations of the property complies with the Company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, and other applicable laws and regulations governing multifamily housing operations.JOB SUMMARYResponsible for the overall management of a multi-family property.
