Qualifications

• 2+ years of interior and exterior sign installation experience.
• Experience servicing electrical signs and lighting fixtures.
• Good driving record with valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior appearance of the property and respond to service requests.
• Prepare vacancies for occupancy and ensure community cleanliness.
• Perform maintenance tasks including HVAC and pool maintenance.
