We are looking for a remarkable person able to fill the Community Maintenance Supervisor position at Corinthian Apartments in SeaTac, WA. The best candidate will be able to manage the maintenance on this apartment complex, work as a team with the onsite staff and residents, and have a can-do attitude. 1. $32 per hour plus potential bonuses
2. Full-time employees earn 152 hours or 19 days of PTO per year with the ability to carry over up to 80 hours a year. Increased PTO after 6 and 9 consecutive years with Allied Residential.

General Duties:

1. Supervising all maintenance staff
2. Grounds keeping
3. Work Orders that include Basic Maintenance on units and appliances
4. Turnovers of units
5. Building and Common Area Maintenance
6. Being available on-call for emergency calls

Requirements:

1. Minimum of two years of prior apartment maintenance experience
2. Must be CPO Certified
3. Electrical technician license (O7B) is a plus!
4. Good customer service skills
5. Renovation Experience a plus!
6. Experience completing work orders and preparing make ready units
7. Well-rounded technical maintenance skillset
8. Positive attitude and willingness to participate in a team environment
9. Consistent work history and verifiable references
10. Ability to pass drug screening / background and reference check
11. Valid driver's license
12. Physical aspects of the job may require heavy lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, kneeling, stooping, climbing, balancing, and carrying.
