Job summary

RISE Association Management Group is seeking a proactive Maintenance Coordinator to manage daily operations for Houston-area community associations. The role focuses on maintenance, deed restrictions, client communication, and project oversight to enhance neighborhood experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in facility management or related field, at least 1 year in property or facilities management, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Facility Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year property management or facilities management experience required.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of community associations, ensuring quality maintenance and timely service.
• Coordinate maintenance activities, vendor services, and ongoing projects.
• Perform property inspections and identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, and compliance issues.
