Clearbrook is hiring a Residential Counselor for the Lombardy CILA in Deerfield, IL. This full-time role (35 hours per week) runs Monday through Friday from 8am to 3pm and pays $21.35 per hour, plus paid training.

The CILA setting supports adults 18+ with developmental disabilities in a group-home style living arrangement, with Clearbrook committed to innovative services. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and being at least 21 years old.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Direct provision of active treatment to clients per individual program plans.
• Assist clients in using community resources.
• Assist clients with daily living activities including hygiene, feeding, and housekeeping.
• Support clients in social and recreational program activities.
