Qualifications

• Provide support, supervision, coaching, and companionship to residents.
• Help residents maintain health and safety in the community.
• Encourage relationships with housemates, families, and neighbors.
• Assist residents in developing independence and daily living skills.
• Support participation in community activities and volunteer opportunities.
