Job description

Compensation from $17.50 to $18.50 - (based upon experience)

In addition tocompetitive pay, we provide health, dental, vision, short-termdisability options, company-paid life insurance, a 403(b)- retirementplan with an employer match, and the ability to advance pay, up to 50% of anearned paycheck, prior to pay date.

Status/Shift: Part Time: 9am - 5pm; PRN Available
Rotating Weekends and Occasional Holidays

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities and Expectations:
  • Plan and run resident activities.
  • Create diverse programs to meet resident needs.
  • Perform timely documentation.
  • Ensure care plans are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Keep clinical staff updated on changes to resident or guest condition.
  • Safely transport residents and guests to programs.
  • Encourage residents to participate in scheduled events.
  • Arrange physical environment in preparation for activities to ensure resident and guest safety.
  • Create a welcoming and festive environment for residents and guests.
  • Promote and support culture of patient centered care and service.
