Job summary

Lifespark Lifespan Communities is seeking a compassionate Community Life Assistant for Carver Ridge Senior Living, located just outside downtown Carver, Minnesota. This part-time role covers every other Saturday and Sunday, 9am–4:30pm, supporting residents with enrichment activities and wellness programs.

As a member of Lifespark, you will assist the Community Life Department Supervisor in planning and delivering programs, building positive relationships with residents, families, and volunteers,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is preferred.
• Ability to relate professionally with residents and families.
• Advanced computer skills including email.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Life Department Supervisor in the development, organization, coordination and implementation of comprehensive community life and wellness services and programs that meet the needs and interests of each tenant.
• Facilitate group programs as assigned.
• Promote and integrate the wellness dimensions into the community life programs.
• Communicate programs and develop positive relations with residents, family, and volunteers.
