Qualifications

• Must be organized and detail oriented.
• Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Must be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales/marketing objectives and projections.
• Develop a marketing plan with priorities and timetable.
• Implement the marketing plan within the timetable.
• Review and evaluate analyses and plans on a regular basis.
• Attend IDG meetings as appropriate.
• Assist office staff with updates as needed.
• Provide community outreach and education.

Job Summary

Ennoble Care is seeking a full-time, preferred experienced Community Liaison for our Winchester, Front Royal, VA region and the surrounding areas! The Community Liaison will be responsible for interaction in the community and promoting company House Call and Hospice services.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the potential of the company's service area to determine target markets.
• Visit Doctor' offices, hospitals, Assisted Living facilities, Skilled Nursing Facilities and other possible sources of referrals to present Agency credentials and obtain patient referrals.
• Analyze the company's organization to determine its strengths and weaknesses.

• Analyze patient/company relationships.
• Develop sales/marketing objectives and sales projections.
• Develop a marketing plan, identifying priorities and sets a reasonable timetable.

• Attend IDG meetings, as appropriate.

Base Salary: $50,000 - $95,000, Plus: Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Bonuses
