Ennoble Care is seeking a full-time Community Liaison for the Loudoun County, VA region to promote House Call and Hospice services through hospital and facility outreach.

The role requires 3+ years in marketing, nursing, or social work with health agencies, plus strong organization, communication skills, and a valid driver’s license. Base salary ranges $50,000–$95,000 with bonuses; comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience in marketing, nursing or social work interacting with health agencies/professionals.
• Must be organized and detail oriented.
• Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Must be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order.

Responsibilities

• Analyze potential of the company's service area to determine target markets.
• Visit Doctor's offices, hospitals, Assisted Living facilities, Skilled Nursing Facilities and other sources of referrals to present Agency credentials and obtain patient referrals.
• Analyze the company's organization to determine strengths and weaknesses.
• Analyze past and current marketing data.
• Complete an analysis of the company's product line.
• Analyze patient/company relationships.
• Develop sales/marketing objectives and sales projections.
• Develop a marketing plan with priorities and timetable.
• Implement marketing plan within timetable.
• Review and evaluate the analyses and plan on a scheduled basis.
• Attend IDG meetings as appropriate.
• Assist office staff as needed with updates.
• Provide community outreach and education.

Job Summary:

Ennoble Care is seeking a full-time, preferred experienced Community Liaison for our Loudoun County, VA region and the surrounding areas! The Community Liaison will be responsible for interaction in specific hospitals in the area and promoting company House Call and Hospice services.

Base Salary: $50,000 - $95,000, Plus: Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Bonuses
