Job summary

Addiction Recovery Care, LLC (ARC) is seeking a Community Liaison to join our intake and census development team in Kentucky. You will develop partnerships with courts, hospitals, and referral sources to increase referrals for residential and outpatient centers.

You should have a High School Diploma or GED, 3–5 years in addiction services, marketing knowledge, and strong presentation and computer skills. ARC offers robust benefits and a supportive, mission-driven work environment.

Qualifications

• Marketing knowledge and experience is necessary.
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in the addiction field required
• Computer literate with experience in a Windows environment.
• Ability to connect with local hospitals, court systems, and other referral sources.
• Must have the ability to prepare and deliver presentations to the public
• Must be proficient in computer software programs
• Team player, organized, detailed oriented

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain community contacts and partnerships with courts, hospitals, and referral sources.
• Work with intake to determine programs that fit client needs.
• Maintain positive relationships with intake staff and external groups.
• Build relationships with media, government, and community organizations.
• Protect client privacy per policies and applicable laws.
• Raise policy/personnel issues to supervision.
• Ensure professional relationships with ARC staff and consumers.
