Job summary

Chick-fil-A Chastain Square and Brookhaven is seeking a friendly Community Liaison to connect with schools, churches, businesses and community groups. This part-time role focuses on relationship building, hospitality, and expanding catering for events and meetings.

You will represent our restaurants at local events and nurture ongoing community partnerships, with a flexible schedule that fits student or family commitments.

Qualifications

• Organized and dependable with follow-through.
• Connected to the local community (schools, churches, campus groups, neighborhood networks).
• Comfortable using a phone, email, and social media to stay in touch.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with schools, PTAs, churches, sports leagues, businesses, and nonprofits in our community.
• Show genuine hospitality — drop off samples, deliver thank-you notes, and follow up with care.
• Grow catering by connecting with event planners, office managers, coaches, and parents who need meals for meetings, parties, and events.
• Represent our restaurants at community events, school functions, fundraisers, and spirit nights.
• Follow up and stay in touch so first-time customers become loyal, repeat guests.
• Keep simple records of contacts, conversations, and orders.
• Share ideas with leadership on new ways to serve and partner with the community.
