Job summary

Adoration Health in Yazoo City, MS, is seeking a Community Liaison to promote hospice services across hospitals, clinics, and community partners. You will be the face of Adoration Hospice, building strong relationships with physicians, nurses, and referral sources to ensure timely patient referrals and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• 2+ years health care marketing experience.
• Current and valid state driver's license.
• Proof of auto insurance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Computer literacy and knowledge of relevant healthcare and administrative software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and with teams.
• Professionalism and high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Visit hospitals, clinics, and senior care facilities to promote hospice services.
• Build strong, ongoing relationships with doctors, nurses, and referral partners.
• Attend community events to raise awareness and represent our brand.
• Track and manage outreach activity in our CRM system.
• Use market insights to plan and improve outreach efforts.
• Educate families and professionals on hospice benefits and our services.
• Coordinate with care team to ensure smooth referrals and quality care.
• Stay current on hospice care through training and self-learning.
• Complete reports and administrative tasks on time.
