Job summary

Adoration Health in Buckhannon, WV, seeks a Community Liaison to promote hospice services to healthcare professionals, community partners, and families. The role will serve as the face of our organization, building relationships with doctors, nurses, and referral partners, and ensuring patients receive timely support.

You will visit hospitals, clinics, and senior facilities, attend events, manage outreach data in CRM, and work with our care team to ensure smooth referrals and quality care.

Qualifications

• 2+ years health care marketing experience.
• Current and valid state driver's license and auto insurance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Visit hospitals, clinics, and senior care facilities to promote our hospice services.
• Build strong, ongoing relationships with doctors, nurses, and referral partners.
• Attend community events to raise awareness and represent our brand.
• Track and manage outreach activity in our system (CRM).
• Use market insights to plan and improve outreach efforts.
• Educate families and professionals on hospice benefits and how we can help.
• Work with our care team to ensure smooth patient referrals and quality care.
• Stay current on hospice care through training and self-learning.
• Complete reports, documentation, and other admin tasks on time.
• Follow all healthcare rules and regulations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years health care marketing experience
• Current and valid state driver's license
• Proof of auto insurance
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Computer literacy and knowledge of relevant healthcare and administrative software
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently
