All Saints Hospice in Lake Charles, LA is seeking a Community Liaison to promote hospice services to healthcare professionals, community partners, and families. This role serves as the face of our organization and helps ensure patients receive compassionate care when they need it most.

You will build relationships, participate in events, and manage outreach activities within CRM, while staying current on hospice care practices and regulations. FT schedule.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and healthcare sales or hospice outreach experience.
• Advanced degree or certification in healthcare marketing and CRM experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare marketing experience.
• Possess a current and valid state driver's license and provide proof of auto insurance.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Visit hospitals, clinics, and senior care facilities to promote hospice services.
• Build strong relationships with doctors, nurses, and referral partners.
• Attend community events to raise awareness and represent the brand.
• Track outreach activity in our CRM and report on results.
• Educate families and professionals on hospice benefits and referrals.
• Work with the care team to ensure smooth patient referrals and quality care.

Responsibilities

• Visit hospitals, clinics, and senior care facilities to promote our hospice services
• Build strong, ongoing relationships with doctors, nurses, and referral partners
• Attend community events to raise awareness and represent our brand
• Track and manage outreach activity in our system (CRM)
• Use market insights to plan and improve outreach efforts
• Educate families and professionals on hospice benefits and how we can help
• Work with our care team to ensure smooth patient referrals and quality care
• Stay current on hospice care through training and self-learning
• Complete reports, documentation, and other admin tasks on time
• Follow all healthcare rules and regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and prior experience in healthcare sales or hospice outreach required
• Advanced degree or certification in healthcare marketing, and experience working with CRM systems and referral networks preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare marketing experience.
• Possess a current and valid state driver's license
• Provide proof of auto insurance
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Exhibit proficiency in healthcare and administrative software applications
• Apply advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Manage time and tasks effectively with strong organizational skills
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Collaborate professionally with individuals at all organizational levels and within the communities served
• Uphold the highest standards of customer service and professionalism
