Community Liaison (Cape May / Atlantic County)

Join to apply for the Community Liaison (Cape May / Atlantic County) role at Ennoble Care.

Ennoble Care is a mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice service provider serving patients in New York, New Jersey, Maryland, DC, Virginia, and Georgia. Our clinicians visit patients' homes, providing continuous care for those with chronic conditions and limited mobility. We offer programs such as remote patient monitoring, behavioral health management, and chronic care management to ensure high-quality, trusted care. The full-time Community Liaison will promote our services, including House Calls (primary care) and Hospice, within the Cape May / Atlantic County, NJ region. Responsibilities include:

  1. Analyzing the service area's potential to identify target markets.
  2. Visiting healthcare facilities and referral sources to present agency credentials and secure patient referrals.
  3. Assessing the organization’s strengths and weaknesses.
  4. Reviewing marketing data and analyzing the company's product line.
  5. Developing sales and marketing objectives, projections, and plans.
  6. Implementing and evaluating marketing strategies.
  7. Attending relevant meetings and supporting office staff.
  8. Providing community outreach and education.

Qualifications include:

  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing, nursing, or social work interacting with health agencies or professionals.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license with insured vehicle in good condition.
