Position Overview: The Community Liaison manages marketing/sales, builds relationships with customers and referral sources, responds to customer needs, identifies business opportunities, develops leads, and manages referral activity.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee marketing/sales initiatives and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
  2. Manage territory, analyze market trends, and generate reports.
  3. Coordinate referral activities with the intake department.
  4. Assist in setting organizational volume projections and develop marketing plans.
  5. Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources and community partners.
  6. Monitor and report on marketing effectiveness and maintain knowledge of market dynamics.
  7. Uphold C.A.R.E values and comply with PPE and HIPAA regulations.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years in healthcare marketing management, with at least 1 year in sales preferred.
  • Proven supervisory skills and strong communication, negotiation, and public relations abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, organize, and be flexible.
