Job summary

BrightStar Care of Tinley Park is seeking a Community Liaison to grow our local in-home care outreach. This on-site role collaborates with the care team to raise visibility and build partnerships with community organizations and local businesses in Tinley Park, IL.

As a Full-Time, Monday through Friday position, you will develop relationships, conduct outreach, and help tailor our services to community needs.

About Us:

BrightStar Care is a home health company that promotes well-being in the home. We provide our clients with caregivers, CNAs, LPNs, or RNs that offer in-home care, assisting with toileting, light housekeeping, dressing, grooming, companionship, dementia care, safety, and much more. Each client is individually assessed by a Registered Nurse to develop a personalized Plan of Care, which our employees follow to deliver top-notch care. Care needs range from simple companionship care to round-the-clock skilled nursing care, and everything in between. BrightStar Care of Tinley Park is owned by husband-and-wife nurses who do the same work that we ask our employees to do. The length of the shifts can be as short as two hours or as long as twelve hours.

Role Overview:

As a Community Liaison at BrightStar Care, you will be responsible for fostering relationships within the local community to promote our in-home health services. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our care team to enhance visibility and facilitate partnerships that align with our mission of providing exceptional in-home care. Whether you work on-site in Tinley Park, you’ll have the flexibility to engage with various community stakeholders and represent our values effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
