Southwood Realty Company in Sanford, NC is seeking a Leasing Agent to greet prospects, present community features, and secure leases. You will maintain an inviting leasing office, ensure model and vacancy readiness, and respond to inquiries with professionalism.

Responsibilities include handling applications, preparing leases, collecting rents and deposits, and supporting curb appeal and advertising efforts. Prior sales or customer service experience is valued; 2+ years preferred.

Formación

• Positions requires good leasing and closing skills and have at least 2 years of selling experience.
• Must be able to type 30 WPM.
• Prefer at least 2 years of customer service.
• Person must be organized.

Responsabilidades

• Greet prospects and professionally present community and show apartments.
• Secure lease agreements from qualified persons.
• Maintain a professional, friendly leasing office and overall property atmosphere.
• Inspect models and market-ready vacancies daily.
• Answer incoming phone calls and handle inquiries professionally.
• Greet prospective residents, assess needs, and match to suitable options.
• Maintain daily property advertising materials.
• Complete all paperwork related to applications and leases promptly.
• Accept rents and deposits.
• Support curb appeal and overall property well-being.
