Fairfield Residential is seeking a Community Leasing Associate to become the face of our community for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process and creating exceptional living experiences.

You will blend sales, customer service, and marketing to help our communities thrive. The role requires a high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and at least one year in customer service, sales, or retail, with Yardi experience a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Minimum of one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail required.
• Leasing or real estate experience preferred.
• Experience using Yardi or similar property management software a plus.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospects and residents.
• Drive the leasing process and close deals.
• Deliver outstanding service to exceed expectations.
• Manage lease files and maintain accurate records.
• Utilize Yardi software for leasing processes.
• Update social media and assist with advertising.
