Job summary

Fairfield Residential is seeking a Community Leasing Associate in Kirkland, WA. You will be the face of the community, guiding prospective residents through the leasing process and delivering exceptional living experiences.

This role blends sales, customer service, and marketing to help our properties thrive. Ideal candidates have 1+ year in customer service or sales, and familiarity with LIHTC and Yardi is a plus. On-site position with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Valid driver’s license may be required.
Minimum of one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail required.
Leasing or real estate experience preferred.
Knowledge of LIHTC preferred.
Experience using Yardi or similar property management software a plus.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for prospects and residents.
Drive the leasing process and close deals.
Deliver outstanding service to exceed expectations.
Manage lease files and maintain accurate records.
Utilize Yardi software for leasing processes.
Verifies application information and other tasks as required for LIHTC or HUD programs.
Update social media and assist with advertising.
Stay informed about local market trends.
