Position Overview

The Community Leasing Manager oversees leasing and marketing activities for assigned sites, manages lease administration, implements marketing plans, supervises leasing staff, and ensures operational excellence.

What You Will Do
Leadership and Staff Management:
  • Lead and develop leasing staff
  • Provide training and performance management
Marketing & Reporting:
  • Develop marketing strategies and organize events
  • Ensure timely reporting
Compliance and Standards:
  • Ensure adherence to policies and legal standards
  • Maintain property presentation standards
Special Projects and Reporting:
  • Collaborate on projects with the Community Manager
  • Complete HR and operational tasks
Other:
  • Work full shifts and be flexible with hours
  • Assist with move-ins/outs beyond normal hours
  • Lift objects up to 50 pounds as needed
Ideally, you'll have
  • High school diploma; college degree preferred
  • 2+ years in property management or related fields
  • Leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Office and OS platforms
You'll Crush It If You Have Experience With
  • Sales in BTR, SFR, or residential construction
  • Social media marketing and content creation
  • Design tools like Canva
  • Property management software such as Entrata
