Fairfield is hiring a Community Leasing Associate in Redmond, WA. You will be the face of the community, guiding prospects and residents through the leasing process, while contributing to sales and marketing efforts.

You will manage leases and records, use Yardi for leasing tasks, and stay informed about local market trends. Candidates should have at least 1 year in customer service or sales, a high school diploma, and a familiarity with Outlook, Word and Excel.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Estimated Rate of Pay:
$20.40 - $26.52 This position is non-exempt; the range above reflects hourly rates.

The pay range displayed for this position is determined by skills and experience required, location and job complexity*. Potential job offers may vary based on the skills, education, and experience an individual candidate holds. This range reflects base rate only, and does not include allowances, perks, commissions or bonuses applicable to this position (if any). In addition to base salary, Fairfield offers all full time associates the following, upon meeting eligibility requirements:
