Job summary

YES Communities is seeking a proactive Community Manager to lead daily operations at our Virginia communities. The role focuses on rent collection, team development, vendor relations, and maintaining high occupancy across homes.

You will communicate with residents, resolve complaints, and ensure safety and asset protection while aligning activities with company goals. This is a full-time on-site position requiring strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or equivalent preferred.
• Valid in-state driver's license required.
• HS diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily community operations including evictions, collections, and resident relations.
• Manage marketing, leasing, and turnover of homes to maintain high occupancy.
• Develop and lead team meetings and staff development.
• Coordinate with vendors, cities, and counties to uphold standards.
• Attend meetings, trainings, and conferences as requested.
