Job Details

Responsibilities

1. Design and execute a comprehensive community engagement strategy that drives growth and adoption of ZK technology.
2. Serve as the primary advocate for our community, fostering relationships and addressing feedback to enhance user satisfaction.
3. Organize and host online and offline events, including hackathons, webinars, and community meetups, to strengthen community bonds.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to produce content that educates and informs users about our products and the broader ZK ecosystem.
5. Build and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders, including developers, ecosystem partners, and influencers in the blockchain space.
6. Leverage analytics to measure the effectiveness of community initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
7. Act as the voice of the community internally, ensuring user needs are represented in product development and company strategy.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in community management, developer relations, or a related role.
2. Demonstrated knowledge of blockchain technology, particularly zero-knowledge proofs, cryptography, or decentralized applications.
3. Proven track record of growing and nurturing online and offline communities.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
5. Experience managing and moderating community platforms such as Discord, Telegram, and social media channels.
6. Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to measuring success and optimizing initiatives.
7. Passion for innovation and a desire to make a meaningful impact in the blockchain ecosystem.
