Job summary

JETSET Pilates in Merrick, NY seeks a Community Lead to drive launch and growth of the local market. You will build relationships with businesses, plan activations, and support classes while capturing leads and fostering a founding member community.

Post-opening, focus shifts to converting community into memberships, sustaining local partnerships, and delivering an exceptional member experience. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

• Supporting JETSET On The Mat community classes and creating memorable guest experiences.

• Creating engaging local social media content alongside the marketing team.
• Generating excitement and awareness leading into opening day.
• Continuing to build partnerships that drive referrals and new memberships.
• Supporting local events and ongoing community engagement.
• Partnering with the General Manager to drive membership growth and studio goals.
• Following up with prospective members and supporting lead conversion.
• Delivering an exceptional member experience during in-studio shifts.

Working alongside the General Manager, this role is the driving force behind local partnerships, community events, social media, and member engagement. From helping launch a brand-new studio to supporting its long-term growth, the Community Lead plays a key role in building awareness, generating leads, and creating an exceptional member experience.

Pre-Opening | Launch the Market

Before the studio opens, you'll serve as JETSET's ambassador throughout the community by:

• Building relationships with local businesses, wellness partners, run clubs, apartment communities, and corporate organizations.
