Job summary

The Community Utility Associate role at Tuscan Gardens of Palm Coast (managed by AgeWell Senior Living) focuses on maintaining clean, sanitary food service areas and assisting with meal-related tasks to support residents’ wellbeing.

Prior kitchen experience and basic knife skills are desirable. This on-site position may require weekend shifts, lifting up to 40–50 pounds, and strong reliability in a busy community setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred or GED accepted.
• Some kitchen experience is desirable.
• Basic knife skills required.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage time.
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision-making.
• Physically able to bend, reach, and lift 40–50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Washes dishes, pots and pans, and keeps kitchen areas clean and sanitary.
• Maintains storage and rotation of food and supplies; assists with deliveries.
• Operates kitchen appliances and follows safety procedures.
• Communicates with Food & Beverage Director and staff; follows schedule.
