• Operate in kitchen safely, maintain sanitation per codes.
• Train and supervise kitchen clients; ensure policy compliance.
• Drive Food Services van to transport supplies between facilities.
• Maintain equipment and support maintenance needs.
• Complete training and attend meetings.
