Job summary

Gosnold, Inc. is seeking a Cook in Wareham, MA to prepare three meals daily and contribute to a nutritious, sanitary kitchen operation. The role focuses on efficient food preparation for a large program while supporting residents with substance use and mental health services.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum one year experience as a cook preferred.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, lift up to 60 lbs, and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare three meals daily ensuring nutrition, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Attend and participate in continuing in-service trainings.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of food service areas; inspect for sanitation, safety.
• Assist the Food Service Director in developing, implementing and coordinating department policies and procedures.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
