Job summary

Vinfen is seeking a Job Coach to support individuals with mental health and developmental disabilities in achieving vocational goals across community settings. You will coach, train, and monitor progress, traveling to various sites to provide hands-on support and modeling professional interactions with employers and colleagues.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families, staff, and community partners to promote independence and successful job outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of related experience.
• Strong time management, organizational and writing skills.
• All applicants must have a valid US driver's license for at least 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ISP implementation and recommended plans with emphasis toward community employment.
• Provide on-the-job training to persons served in community employment settings.
• Coach and train individuals at community job sites and program sites; may include travel.
• Monitor progress and document outcomes; analyze data as needed.
• Advocate for persons served and maintain program area upkeep.
