Qualifications

• Must hold a valid medical license to practice in the State of Kansas.
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Internal Medicine is required.
• Valid DEA license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive adult primary care including health maintenance and disease management.
• Conduct medical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Manage complex chronic diseases including diabetes and hypertension.
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records.
