Responsibilities

• Identify insurance needs of new and existing clients through one-on-one conversations.
• Handle Auto leads and create customized protection plans.
• Manage inquiries with a warm, helpful, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Follow up with prospects to ensure they have the information needed to decide.
• Maintain accurate client files and documentation for smooth operations.
• Participate in local community events to build presence in West Covina.
