Diana Lockmiller State Farm is seeking a Multiline Representative to assist customers with policy options, explain coverage, and build lasting relationships in Madison, AL. You’ll help families protect what matters most while delivering friendly, reliable service and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities include identifying needs, maintaining records, supporting marketing efforts, and coordinating with team members to achieve office goals. Prior licensing is preferred; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.

Responsibilities
