Angelika Kipta State Farm Agency in Hickory Hills, IL is seeking a Multiline Representative to help customers understand and purchase insurance products across multiple lines. You will build relationships, answer questions, process requests, and support community outreach.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, organizational skills, experience in customer service or insurance, possess or be able to obtain state licenses (Property & Casualty), and may be bilingual in Polish.

Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
• Bi-lingual Polish preferred.
• Property & Casualty License required.

Responsibilities

• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
