Qualifications

• Active Illinois Property and Casualty license.
• Active Illinois Life and Health license.
• Prior experience managing insurance sales cycles or customer accounts.
• Strong comfort level with computers and insurance-related software.
• Clean background check and valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential clients to discuss their coverage needs and identify gaps in their current protection.
• Create and present personalized insurance quotes that accurately reflect client goals.
• Manage an active pipeline of leads and ensure consistent follow-up to provide timely service.
• Foster lasting relationships by checking in regularly with current policyholders to ensure their needs remain met.
• Maintain accurate records of every conversation and transaction within our agency database.
• Participate in local community activities to build awareness and share the value of the protection we provide.
