Job summary

Stephanie Moore - State Farm Agent in New Iberia, LA is seeking a Multiline Representative to help clients protect what matters most. You’ll answer questions, present product options, and build lasting relationships with local residents.

You’ll support everyday office tasks, grow you referrals, and participate in community marketing efforts to raise awareness of our services. Training and licenses are provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
• Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
