Keystone Human Services in Whitehall, PA is seeking Community Participation Associates to help adults increase employment potential and achieve meaningful community participation and inclusion.

In this role you will develop supports based on strengths, explore community options with person-centered tools, complete discovery, and coordinate transportation to enable success. The position offers comprehensive training, competitive benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills; ability to learn and utilize new programs.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Successful completion of trainings including Medication Administration, First Aid, and CPR certifications.
• Valid Driver’s License with daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Develop supports for individuals based on strengths, needs, and interests.
• Explore community participation options using person-centered tools.
• Complete discovery to identify ideal employment conditions.
• Develop potential employment ideas and target individualized goals.
• Coordinate transportation and model natural supports for success.
