Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field; two years of experience.
• Alternatively, six years of experience in Human Services.
• Valid Nebraska driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Hire, supervise, and train staff for services.
• Ensure staff promote personal outcomes for individuals.
• Coordinate and monitor skills training for integration and independence.
• Maintain confidentiality and safety in all operations.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings as required.
• Provide and coordinate behavioral interventions and ISP support.
• Review timecards and reports; assist with audits as needed.
• Coordinate with regulators and internal teams on program needs.
