Goodwill Industries of Southwestern Michigan is hiring a Retail Sales Associate for the Paw Paw Retail Store and Donation Center. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service, merchandising, and operating the point-of-sale system in a fast-paced nonprofit retail environment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math skills, and prior customer service or retail experience.

• Serve customers and team members in a knowledgeable, respectful manner.
• Assist managers in meeting sales goals through customer service and merchandising.
• Perform sales transactions accurately and in accordance with cash handling procedures.
• Follow all retail and safety guidelines and procedures.
• Maintain a standard of store cleanliness.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Follow the guidance and any duties assigned by the Retail Manager.
