Job summary

Omaha Community Foundation (OCF) is seeking a Community Investment Coordinator to support program delivery from planning through implementation. You will track timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and manage project information to advance team priorities.

The role involves organizing meetings, maintaining records, supporting recruitment and communications, and ensuring accurate data across teams and partners while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement in community programs.

Qualifications

  • Required bachelor's degree and 2-3 years CRM administration experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail oriented with solid organization and planning abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support Community Investment programs from planning through implementation.
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and key activities to support execution.
  • Maintain project plans and calendars to support cross-functional coordination.
  • Manage program records and participant information for accessible data.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, communications, and engagement activities.
  • Coordinate meetings, trainings, events, and other activities with logistics and materials.
  • Maintain program data, prepare reports, and support data collection and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to implement priorities.
  • Monitor progress, deadlines, and action items; communicate status updates.
  • Develop and maintain procedures, templates, and tools to improve efficiency.
